    Therapy

Individual therapy for men, high achievers, and neurodivergent individuals, offered entirely through secure telehealth across Washington State. My approach is integrative, drawing from solution-focused, Adlerian therapy, family systems, narrative therapy, somatic approaches, and nervous-system-informed care. I work with clients navigating executive functioning, neurodivergence, relationships, and addictive behaviors, with treatment tailored to the person rather than a single approach.

    Consultation

Consulting for individuals, families, parents, professionals, and organizations looking for practical guidance around mental health, relationships, parenting, neurodivergence, men's wellbeing, and addiction. I provide an outside perspective, clinical expertise, and practical strategies to help you better understand challenges, navigate difficult situations, and move forward with greater clarity.

    Speaking & Workshops

I provide talks and workshops on men’s mental health, executive functioning, relationships, addictive behaviors, and the unique challenges faced by high achievers. Designed for schools, workplaces, and organizations, these presentations offer practical, engaging insights that help people better understand these topics and apply what they learn in everyday life.
