Support for Real Life

I help people navigate three areas that can have a huge impact on how life feels: executive function, relationships, and addictive or compulsive patterns.

Whether you’re struggling to focus and follow through, trying to build healthier relationships, or stuck in a cycle with porn, dating apps, substances, gaming, or other behaviors, the goal is the same: understand what’s happening, build better skills, and create meaningful change.

I offer therapy, consulting, and speaking/workshops tailored to individuals, families, professionals, and organizations.

  • Therapy

Individual therapy for men, high-performers, and neurodivergent individuals, offered entirely through secure telehealth across Washington State. My approach is integrative, drawing from CBT, Adlerian therapy, family systems, narrative therapy, somatic approaches, and nervous-system-informed care. I work with clients navigating executive function, ADHD, relationships, anxiety, emotional regulation, identity, life transitions, habits, and compulsive behaviors, with treatment tailored to the person rather than a single approach.

  • Consultation

Consulting for individuals, families, parents, professionals, and organizations looking for practical guidance around mental health, relationships, parenting, neurodiversity, men's wellbeing, and performance. I provide an outside perspective, clinical expertise, and practical strategies to help you better understand challenges, navigate difficult situations, and move forward with greater clarity.

  • Speaking & Workshops

I provide talks and workshops on men's mental health, executive function, relationships, addiction and compulsive behaviors, emotional regulation, and personal growth.
